Covid-19 Update

Update and answers to your questions and accepted suggestions.

New Zealand Covid-19 numbers are luckily promising so, that we could have our lives back sooner than the rest of the world, by being careful.
Pubs are allowed to be open this week when they are operating as restaurants, they are allowed to sell liquor to customers, who buy food and are seated and even except bookings of 10 people, per table.

Suggestion of a member: In your next email please stress: No handshakes. No hugs. No kisses. Obey strict suggested distancing.

Contact tracing? First thing we ask you to do, before entering the Hall, we will put a table outside with lists to write your name and phone number down. Inside will be a table with a few bottles of hand sanitizer, we expect "everybody" to use this before entering the Hall. In all toilets we will also have bottles of hand sanitizer.

Food? Because of the social distancing we can't have supper, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FOOD.

How do you do the Bar? We will put up a perspex sheet, the way you have seen in shops the last few weeks, to avoid that the bar could become a transmission spot. Bar person will wash his hands often, he will use one hand for drinks and one hand for the money and wine bottles.
DON'T BRING DRINKS, BECAUSE OUR "LICENSED BAR PERMIT" DOES NOT ALLOW THAT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE.

WE CAN'T MIX AND MINGLE AND ROCK & ROLL.
Couples, same "bubble" could R & R as long they can keep distance of other couples. Single person bougie and distancing should be alright too.
